Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

  • Deliveries: Scheduled based on your selected frequency.

  • Payments: Securely processed per delivery. For bulk payment inquiries, email contact @ kojapaperbox.com.

  • Management: You may change or cancel your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation emails.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel, you will receive a prorated refund for any items not yet shipped.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available only if your package has not yet shipped.

  • In-Transit Items: Because our items are imported from Korea, we cannot issue a refund for shipped orders until the package is returned to our US office.

  • Lost Packages: Please contact the courier (typically USPS) directly. To maintain low shipping costs, packages are not insured.

Returns

  • Condition: Items must be unused to be eligible for return.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage to our Seattle, WA address.
