The Hobonichi Techo is a Japanese daily planner. These are slim plastic folders made to live inside its cover and hold the loose paper a planner collects.

Why people love it

• Made of polypropylene, so a folder bends instead of creasing and wipes clean

• Cut to slide into the pocket of a Techo cover, so stickers, tickets and receipts stay put

• Printed on both sides, with a scene on the front and a character waiting on the back

• The artwork comes from Tamagotchi, the handheld digital pet: pixel characters, ice creams, rainbows, radio cassette players and a UFO

• Just as useful flat on a desk, as a way to keep small papers sorted

Each set is cut for the size of Techo it is made for.
